As they prepare for the 2022 season, the Baltimore Ravens have a number of talented players on their roster. They performed a fantastic job of bringing in fresh talent while still keeping essential players, resulting in a strong rebound season.

When it came to choose the top three players for each NFL team, Ben Linsey of Pro Football Focus had a lot of options when it came to Baltimore. He did, however, settle on quarterback Lamar Jackson, tight end Mark Andrews, and cornerback Marlon Humphrey as his top three picks, citing how Jackson may have a much better 2022 than he did in 2021.



"Injuries ravaged Baltimore's roster in 2021, and for the first time in his career, they limited Jackson at quarterback. Last season, Jackson's PFF grade of 70.2 was his lowest since his debut season in 2018, but he remains one of the league's most gifted quarterbacks and could rebound in 2022."

Linsey also talked about Humphrey and Andrews, noting that Humphrey may rebound after a poor year in 2021, whereas Andrews had no such year.

"Humphrey also had a bad year last year, allowing 227 passing yards into his coverage against Ja'Marr Chase and the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 5. He still projects as one of the best cornerbacks in the game, capable of playing above-average in the slot or on the outside... Andrews, on the other hand, had a stellar year, dropping just three of 149 targets and ranking as PFF's highest-graded tight end in 2021."

Linsey considered safety Marcus Williams as well, but the three guys he chose are the best. Jackson is the team's heart and soul, while Andrews and Humphrey are vital offensive and defensive cogs.
